What we collect

JixCom collects only the minimum data required to operate the intercom service:

• Account data: username, company name, and email address (provided at registration)
• Audio: your microphone audio is transmitted in real time to other members of your channels. Audio is never recorded or stored on our servers.
• Chat messages: end-to-end encrypted. We cannot read them.

What we do NOT collect

• No location data
• No contacts
• No advertising identifiers
• No analytics or tracking

Microphone permission

JixCom requests microphone access solely to transmit your voice to your intercom channels when you press the Talk button. The microphone is muted at all other times.

Data storage

Account data is stored on secure servers. Audio is transmitted peer-to-peer and never stored.

Data deletion
